Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Google Services Addendum

Should you choose to integrate any Google services into your use of the app, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Token Security

We securely store and encrypt your Google authentication token using AES-256 encryption.

AI Integration

Integrating Google services into the app also integrates your Google data with our AI provider OpenAI whenever you converse or instruct our AI to access or modify any of your Google data.

Storage

In order to be able to link your tasks to your emails, we store each email’s Gmail ID in our database. For the email classification and prioritization feature, we also store each email’s classification in our database. In order to achieve accurate email classification results in the future, we also anonymize each email’s from address and subject by using a SHA-256 hash algorithm and store this hashed metadata in our database. This metadata can be deleted at any time. We never store your email content.
